Note!
Gauge: 12 stitches x 17 rows, on needle size 7 = 10 cm
If you knit looser, go down to size 6
If you knit tighter, go up to size 8
It is highly recommended to knit a swatch with 20 stitches, and 15 cm high, to check this. The gauge is measured in 10 cm length and 10 cm height. It may seem unnecessary to start with this, but the effort you put in here will ensure that you end up with a garment that you can actually use. Feel free to use the test sheet later to check your wool wash program for the washing machine, before washing the actual garment. Remember to measure the swatch first before washing it, so you can see any changes πTips before you start π Please read the entire recipe before you begin. There are tips and links to simple video knitting instructions in the text. Feel free to measure the garment along the way, and adjust according to your own preferences and needs.
