Sales and delivery conditions for consumer purchases of knitting changers over the internet.

The Agreement
The agreement basically consists of the information that the buyer receives in the ordering solution, as well as these standard terms and conditions.
The agreement is entered into by the buyer going to the seller's Cozymonday by Karlsrud site and finding the item he or she wants to buy. The buyer then puts the item in the shopping basket, creates an account if necessary, accepts the terms of purchase, chooses a payment method and sends his order (accepting the seller's offer).
Immediately after ordering, the buyer receives an order confirmation sent to his e-mail address. When ordering a knitting pattern, the order confirmation will contain a download link to the purchased knitting pattern in the form of an electronic document (pdf document). The recipe is only sent electronically, not by post. mail.
A binding agreement will be concluded when the customer has sent their order. The buyer is encouraged to check the order confirmation and report any errors before downloading.
If the buyer has created a user account on strikkeredet.no, before completing the purchase, the buyer will have access to his purchased pattern(s) on his user account. In these cases, the buyer can log in with a username and password, and find their recipes under "downloads". If the seller later needs to update the recipe, the buyer will in this way have access to an updated version.
Prices
Information is provided about the price of the item (including VAT and other charges) and shipping costs in the ordering solution. This is summed up in a total amount that the buyer must pay.
Payment
The buyer can choose between different payment methods.
Delivery and delivery time
For knitting patterns, delivery is completed when order confirmation with a download link to the knitting pattern, in the form of an electronic document (pdf document), has been sent to the buyer's email address. This will be sent immediately after payment has been made.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal for digital content delivered on a digital medium ends as soon as the buyer has downloaded the recipe/pdf document.
Defect in the item
The buyer's rights in the event of a defect are regulated in Chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchase Act. which will be relevant under each individual power, as well as for where the threshold lies.
Incorrect shipments
If the wrong number of goods has been delivered or the wrong goods in the shipment, the buyer is asked to contact Cozymonday by Karlsrud, and we will make sure to correct it as soon as possible.

This privacy policy applies to Strikkeredet design's website and newsletter. Cozymonday by Karlsrud is responsible for the processing of personal data that is collected.

The website has been prepared in accordance with Norwegian privacy principles.
The purpose of the website is to give customers the opportunity to view and buy Cozymonday by Karlsrud 's knitting patterns over the internet.
Information that is collected is stored on separate servers operated by our data processors. Only Cozymonday by Karlsrud with subcontractors have access to the information that is collected.
Our data processors are:
Shopify Norway - online shopping.
Domeneshop - server operation.
A separate data processor agreement between Cozymonday by Karlsrud and the data processors regulates which information they have access to and how it should be processed.
Personal data collected
When the customer shops at Cozymonday by Karlsrud, we store the following personal data:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
We need the information in order to deliver the goods to the customer, and to be able to communicate, if necessary, updates/corrections to recipes that the customer has purchased.
We are also required to store the information in connection with accounting and fee management. Cozymonday by Karlsrud is responsible for the processing taking place in accordance with Norwegian law. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority supervises that the law is complied with.
When the customer visits the website, certain information is automatically collected about his or her device and browser. Personal data and information about the item the customer has purchased is stored and used to create sales statistics. Sales statistics show which recipes the customers are interested in, how many people visit which pages, which websites the users come from, which browser and medium are used, how long the visit lasts. This enables us to better adapt our websites to the wishes and needs of the customer group.
3. How information is collected

To shop at Cozymonday by Karlsrud, the customer must create a user account. In this way, the customer will always have access to their previously purchased recipes on their account.
To create a user account with us, the customer must provide a name, address and e-mail address. - Newsletter
On our website, users can register as recipients of our newsletter via email. Subscription to the newsletter from Cozymonday by Karlsrud design is voluntary, free of charge, and non-binding. It is possible to cancel the subscription at any time. - Payment

Data is logged for the purpose of optimizing the website to increase usability for our visitors. Cookies also collect information that helps us to improve the website, so that our customers will have the best possible user experience. A so-called "permanent cookie" can also recognize the user the next time he/she visits our online store, but if the customer wishes, he/she can delete cookies in his/her browser after completing the order. 4. About the sharing of personal data/disclosure to third parties
Cozymonday by Karlsrud does not abuse the user's/customer's personal information. We neither sell, exchange nor pass on our customers' information to third parties other than those mentioned above. And these companies are not allowed to use this information for anything other than performing services for us.
5. How is the information deleted?

6. Customer Rights
The customer has the right to request information about the personal data we hold about them. If the information is incorrect, he/she can request that the information be corrected or removed. We cannot remove the personal data if there are statutory requirements for these to be stored, such as e.g. accounting rules.
If the customer/user believes that Cozymonday by Karlsrud has not complied with his/her rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act, he/she has the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. All recipes are delivered digitally for download (PDF) and are available on a user account.
